Job Description

A well-established, full-service OB/GYN practice serving women across Fairfield County, CT, seeks 1 or 2 OBGYN Providers. They provide comprehensive care, including routine and high-risk obstetrics, gynecology, menopausal management, and minimally invasive surgery. The team is known for its supportive culture, flexibility, and strong commitment to work-life balance, and is seeking an OB-GYN physician-either a practicing clinician or final-year resident-to join their growing team. This position offers full-scope OB/GYN care with the flexibility of full-time or part-time schedules. You'll see approximately 24 patients per clinic day, perform deliveries at a hospital with strong hospitalist support, and participate in a rotating surgery schedule. A post-call day off is built in to promote balance and recovery. The full-time schedule includes three clinic days, one 24-hour call per week, and two weekend calls per month, with a rotating surgery day. Part-time options start at two days per week with customizable call responsibilities-ideal for those seeking flexibility or transitioning between career phases. They offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including a sign-on bonus, malpractice coverage, 401(k) with employer match, health benefits, four weeks of paid vacation, CME allowance with time off, and productivity bonus opportunities. Applicants must be board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and eligible for medical licensure in Connecticut. They're looking for a compassionate, collaborative physician committed to exceptional, patient-centered care!
