Job Description

Healthcare United is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join an established behavioral health team in a collaborative and patient-centered environment. This position offers a balanced clinical schedule, strong administrative support, and opportunities for professional growth within a modern healthcare setting.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management for individuals with psychiatric disorders. Work with patients across diverse backgrounds, ensuring the highest standards of care in an inpatient environment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of care. When assigned, provide supervision for students and residents. Participate in evaluating the quality of services provided and contribute to departmental improvements. Demonstrate strong organizational and administrative skills. Adhere to institutional, regulatory, and professional guidelines governing the delivery of mental health services. Maintain reliable attendance and professional conduct in support of operational excellence. Contribute to the mission and values of the organization by supporting patient-centered care initiatives.
