Job Description

Specialty:
Adult Psychiatrist Coverage Needs :
ASAP - 12/31
Potential for extension
Shifts:
M F 8a-430p No weekend, no call
Census:
10-12 pts per day
Setting:
Inpatient unit 22 beds in total
Support Staff:
Full support staff Nurses, social work, OT, psychiatric technicians
Procedures:
Most patients present with both addiction and mental health diagnosis At times patients without an addiction history are also admitted to the unit Average length of stay is 7-10 days.
EMR:
EPIC Board Certification:
Preferred BC or BE Suboxone certification is a plus
Travel:
Facility will cover Credentialing timeline: 30-60 days for full privileges
Requirements:
Active CT license
