Pediatrician - Outpatient Primary Care

General Description
Seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Pediatrician for an established outpatient pediatric primary care setting
Opportunity to practice in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment serving children and families
100% outpatient pediatrics with an established patient panel
Team-based care model with integrated behavioral health, dental, and care coordination services
Modern clinic setting with full clinical and administrative support
Mission-driven practice focused on improving access and health outcomes in the community Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care for infants, children, and adolescents
Conduct well-child visits and deliver preventive care
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
Collaborate with behavioral health providers and other specialists
Participate in population health initiatives and quality improvement efforts Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure
