Job Description

Undergraduate Clinical Operations Intern (Chiropractic & Integrative Medicine) Stamford, CT | Part‑Time | $16.94/hr Our chiropractic and integrative medicine practice is seeking undergraduate students interested in gaining introductory exposure to a healthcare environment. This is an entry‑level, non‑clinical internship focused on supporting front‑desk operations, patient flow, and basic office tasks. Students will observe clinical workflows and may assist with simple supervised therapies, but the role is strictly administrative and not appropriate for medical graduates or licensed professionals . This position is specifically looking for undergraduate pre‑health students.
Responsibilities Front Desk Operations:
patient check‑in/out, appointment scheduling, and phone management
Patient Communication:
appointment confirmations, reminders, and basic correspondence
Exam Room Preparation:
preparing and resetting rooms between visits
Therapy Support:
occasional assistance with simple modalities (e‑stim, ultrasound) under supervision
General Office Support:
assisting with daily workflow and basic technology needs Requirements Must be a currently enrolled undergraduate student in Health Science, Biology, Pre‑Med, or other field with an interest in medicine. Ability to commute to Stamford, CT (06905) Weekday availability for assigned shifts Strong communication skills, professionalism, and reliability Schedule Office hours:
Mon, Wed, Fri:
9:00 AM•6:00
PM Sat:
9:00 AM•1:00 PM Typical shift options:
Morning:
9:00 AM•2:00
PM Afternoon:
1:00 PM•6:00 PM Approx. 10-15 hours/week . Start date will be in late August/early September 2026 and continue through to May 2027, with possibility to return for the following year.
Pay:
$16.94 per hour
