Fairfield County Hospital system has a adult medicine primary care need. M-F with 36 patient facing hour and will consider either IM or FM for adult medicine only. Competitive salary + bonuses and relocation

Job Function:

Adult medicine only and will consider either IM or FM Need is to replace provider moving out of area. Join a group of 4 providers, hospital employed Call is 1:5 and phone calls only Mon-Fri 8a-5p - no weekends with 36 patient facing hours Specialists available and all employed by system

Job Requirements:

Must be BC in IM or FM. Need a CT license. New grad or experienced provider welcome.
