Develop personalized treatment plans and manage long-term care for patients with chronic endocrine diseases.
Perform patient evaluations, including physical exams, lab tests, and imaging studies.
Provide education to patients about disease management, medications, and lifestyle changes.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, multidisciplinary care.
Stay current with the latest research, treatment modalities, and advancements in endocrinology.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Fellowship-trained and Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Endocrinology.
Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Connecticut.
Strong communication skills and ability to build patient relationships.
At least 2-3 years of experience in a clinical endocrinology practice preferred.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.

Diagnose and treat endocrine disorders such as diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal issues, osteoporosis, and metabolic conditions.Develop personalized treatment plans and manage long-term care for patients with chronic endocrine diseases.

Requirements:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.Fellowship-trained and Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Endocrinology.
