Patient Population:

Work with an appreciative senior patient population in a model designed to improve long-term health outcomes through preventative and personalized care. Physicians have the time and resources to build meaningful relationships with patients managing chronic conditions.

Additional Clinic Resources:

In-house specialty support including Cardiology, Podiatry, and more Holistic wellness services including: Acupuncture Nutrition counseling Tai Chi Yoga Transportation services provided for patients to improve access to care

Comprehensive Benefits Package:

33 days PTO Medical, Dental, Vision, and supplemental coverage for physicians and families 401(k) with 5.5% employer match CME allowance of $3,500 plus one week of dedicated CME time

Qualifications:

MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine Active and unrestricted medical license Active DEA license
