Vascular Interventional Radiologist Job Type:
Full-Time, Onsite Compensation:
$400,000 - $600,000 Position Overview Seeking a highly skilled Interventional Radiologist / Vascular Specialist to join a rapidly expanding vascular care program. This physician will perform minimally invasive, image-guided vascular procedures in outpatient centers, skilled nursing facilities, and mobile clinical settings across Florida, with an initial focus in the Fort Lauderdale region. This role offers the opportunity to combine clinical excellence with autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful patient impact while delivering high-quality vascular care to underserved and post-acute patient populations. Key Responsibilities Perform minimally invasive vascular and interventional radiology procedures in outpatient, SNF, and mobile procedural settings Conduct patient evaluations, procedural planning, and post-procedure follow-up care Diagnose and treat vascular conditions including peripheral artery disease (PAD), venous insufficiency, dialysis access complications, and limb-threatening ischemia Perform image-guided interventions including angiography, angioplasty, embolization, thrombolysis, ablation, and related endovascular procedures Collaborate with nursing facility staff, referring providers, advanced practice clinicians, and clinical support teams Travel throughout Florida as needed to support multi-site clinical operations and patient care initiatives Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards Participate in the continued growth and development of the organization's interventional and vascular program Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology required Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain Experience with both venous and arterial procedures strongly preferred Experience in outpatient, vascular, mobile, or SNF-based care settings preferred Strong procedural skillset and ability to work independently Excellent bedside manner and communication skills Ability and willingness to travel throughout Florida Preferred Experience Peripheral artery disease (PAD) interventions Dialysis access management Venous ablation procedures Embolization procedures Ultrasound-guided vascular interventions Limb preservation and amputation prevention programs Experience in mobile or multi-site healthcare delivery modelsSimilar jobs in Fort Lauderdale, FL
