Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Medical Oncologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of cancer patients, providing expert care and support throughout their journey.
Position Overview:
As a Medical Oncologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, staging, and developing tailored treatment plans for patients with various cancer diagnoses. You ll lead the charge in administering chemotherapy and targeted therapies while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams including radiology, surgery, and palliative care professionals. Your expertise will guide patients through their treatment, ensuring comprehensive care and attention to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnosis & Staging :
Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and stage cancers.
Individualized Treatment Plans :
Develop personalized regimens for chemotherapy and targeted therapies.
Supervision & Monitoring :
Oversee chemotherapy administration and manage patient progress, ensuring proper monitoring of side effects and adjustments to treatment as needed.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration :
Work closely with a team of specialists, including radiologists, surgeons, and palliative care professionals, to deliver holistic care.
Patient Advocacy :
Provide emotional support and guide patients through complex treatment decisions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Medical Degree :
MD or DO from an accredited institution.
Postgraduate Training :
Completed Internal Medicine residency and Oncology fellowship.
Board Certification :
Board certification (or eligibility) in Medical Oncology (ABIM or equivalent).
Licensure :
Active, unrestricted medical license.
DEA Registration :
Current DEA registration and chemotherapy competency.
Communication Skills :
