Position Highlights:

Leadership opportunity as Division Chief of Pediatric Urology within a nationally recognized children's health system Opportunity to provide comprehensive pediatric urology care including both medical and surgical management Collaborate with multidisciplinary pediatric specialists in a growing regional children's hospital Participate in inpatient and outpatient consultations and surgical care Lead quality improvement initiatives and help develop standardized clinical pathways to enhance patient care Participate in academic programs including resident education, medical student teaching, and research initiatives Work closely with pediatric residents through clinical teaching and rounding Competitive base compensation with annual incentive opportunities recognizing clinical activity, academic contributions, eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness, and quality improvement Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans (403b with employer match and 457 options), CME allowance, and licensure support
