Practice Overview Joining 2 Endocrinologists and 2 APPs Experienced support staff: 2 Certified Diabetes Nurse Educators, 1 Dietitian, 2 Medical Assistants Average 15 patients/day Diabetic patients have a 1-hour time slot for visits Established patients 30-minutes and established Non-Diabetes 45-minutes visits
