Job Description

Primary Care Physician (MD / DO) Crescent City, Florida Full-Time $200K-$275K DOE A growing healthcare provider is seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care across a diverse patient population. This role offers the opportunity to manage both acute and chronic conditions while working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide full-scope primary care services, including preventative care, health maintenance, and chronic disease management Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including detailed history-taking and physical examinations Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, developing individualized care plans Order, interpret, and act on laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies Prescribe medications and treatment regimens, ensuring safe and effective use Educate patients on treatment plans, preventative strategies, and lifestyle modifications Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services, ensuring continuity of care Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the EMR system Adhere to clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement initiatives Participate in team meetings, clinical reviews, and ongoing training where required
Requirements:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active and unrestricted state medical license Completion of accredited residency program 1-3+ years post-residency experience preferred
