JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board:

Board Certified in

Gastroenterology Licenses:

Active Florida license

Experience:

Must demonstrate inpatient or consultative services for at least 50 patients during the past 12 months

Other Qualifications:

Clean background and clean NPDB; must meet all procedure log requirements

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform outpatient GI endoscopic procedures Note resulting pathology for procedures performed Provide onsite coverage at various locations throughout the week Maintain flexibility to move between facility locations
