Job Description

Pediatric Primary Care Physician Location:
Brandon, FL Compensation:
$240,000+ (Base + Bonus) with Full Benefits Overview Join a thriving pediatric practice in one of Florida s most desirable communities. We are seeking a board-certified Pediatrician to provide outstanding, patient-centered care at our well-established, high-volume outpatient clinic in Brandon. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate physician who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced setting and wants to make a meaningful impact on children and families. Our team is dedicated to delivering personalized pediatric care, from routine checkups and immunizations to sports physicals and developmental support, all within a warm, family-friendly environment.
Position Details Base Salary:
$215,000 $230,000, based on experience and board status
Annual Bonus Potential:
Up to $10,000
Total Compensation:
$240,000+
Schedule:
Full-time, outpatient only
Daily Patient Volume:
patients
Support Team:
Front desk staff, scheduler, certified medical assistant (CMA), and a full-time ARNP (4 days per week) Benefits Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and short/long-term disability insurance CME stipend: $3,000 annually plus 5 CME days Generous paid time off, including: 3 weeks PTO 5 paid holidays 3 sick days 401(k) with 4% employer match, eligible after 90 days Qualifications Board Certified in Pediatrics Active, unrestricted Florida medical license Minimum of 1 year of outpatient pediatric experience (2+ preferred) Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing high-quality, family-focused care This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive pediatric team in a growing community with an outstanding quality of life.
