Critical Care Pulmonary Job Summary:
In search of board certified Physicians in Pulmonary and/or Critical care-subspecies to join a rapidly expanding Pulmonary/critical care/sleep practice in St. Petersburg, Florida. Market share increasing annually by 10-25% over the last 3 years and recently secured a critical care contract at a rapidly-growing hospital. Patient mix include wide range of complexity: COPD/, ILD, lung cancer, obstructive sleep apnea management and workup in the clinic to COPD exacerbations, pneumonia, ILD, lung cancer, ARDS, impellas, occasional ECMO. Procedures vary from diagnostic bronchoscopies, EBUS, navigational bronchoscopies, zoll catheters, central lines and emergent intubations. Support includes APRNs/PAs and GME with Internal Medicine residents and AI technology.
Flexible work:
candidate can work 10 days a month to 21 days/month. Willing to work with candidate's priorities: Family/Financial Success/Work-Life balance.
Compensation:
Salary with potential partnership track. Depends on fit for all parties involved and commitment level. The ideal candidate would be a good communicator, team player willing to flex and grow personally and professionally. They should want to genuinely learn and hone their craft -patient mix provides this opportunity. Putting patient care first.
