We are seeking a visionary Primary Care Pediatrician who is passionate about redefining pediatric care. Clinical Excellence:
Deliver exceptional, relationship-centered pediatric care, including preventive care, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Collaborate with our integrated mental wellness team, including our in-house child psychologist, in-house parent coach and in-house sleep consultant. Leverage cutting-edge technology, including our proprietary AI tools, to enhance diagnosis, treatment, and patient engagement. Practice medicine with complete autonomy and without insurance restrictions, allowing for truly personalized patient care. Take a holistic, root cause approach to providing the care families deserve.Community Engagement & Thought Leadership:
Participate in social media content creation to share insights, advice, and thought leadership in pediatric wellness. Engage with the community by participating in local child-centered events and educational initiatives. Foster professional relationships with pediatric specialty doctors and other healthcare professionals to build a strong referral network. Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) with board certification/eligibility in Pediatrics. Active and unrestricted Florida medical license (or the ability to obtain one). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) as required for hospital appointment. A visionary mindset and desire to be part of something groundbreaking. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for patient-centered care. Willingness to engage in social media content creation and community outreach. Enthusiasm for leveraging technology and AI to improve patient outcomes.Benefits:
