• $260,000+ | Outpatient | Monday-Friday MASC Medical is currently representing multiple established, physician-led medical groups that are seeking experienced Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine and Family Medicine physicians for outpatient primary care roles.

These are direct-hire, permanent positions with organizations focused on value-based care, manageable patient panels, and team-based clinical support. Position Overview 100% outpatient setting Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM

• Friday half day Value-based and Medicare Advantage care models Interdisciplinary care teams, including Medical Assistants, Care Coordinators, and Care Facilitators Integrated access to specialty care, diagnostics, and telemedicine Established patient bases with strong community demand Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $240,000
