We welcome physicians with Value-Based Care (VBC) experience as well as those eager to learn.

Compensation & Incentives Base Salary:

$250,000$270,000 (based experience & location)

Sign-on Bonus:

$20,000$60,000+ (varies by clinic)

Annual Performance Bonus:

20% of base salary Full Benefits on Day 1

Malpractice:

Occurrence-based coverage Role Highlights Value-Based Care; majority Medicare Advantage, chronic disease & preventive care focus 1215 patients per day

Integrated Care Team:
