Job Description
Join a growing outpatient team in Alpharetta, GA caring for adults in a collaborative, patient-focused setting. No on-call duties. Schedule 3 weekdays/week (Mon-Fri), 8:00 AM-8:00 PM (scheduled across the week) Every other weekend: 1 shift, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM Minimal weekend commitment; no on-call Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions Evaluate and treat urgent care needs within the primary care clinic Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness Collaborate with care team to support quality outcomes Review labs and complete EMR documentation within 72 hours Manage patient volume of ~2-2.2 patients/hour, including walk-ins Maintain professionalism in patient and team interactions Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $230,000-$280,000 + 20-30% incentive 401(k) with generous employer match Comprehensive malpractice insurance with tail coverage Multiple health insurance plan options Paid time off CME allowance and CME time Requirements MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license (or eligibility) Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
