• Per Diem Office Location Available Valor Health Group is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to perform TBI Compensation & Pension (C&P) examinations for our nation's veterans.

These are one-time, non-treatment, non-prescribing evaluations focused solely on objective assessment for disability benefits, not ongoing care. This role is ideal for Psychiatrists looking to supplement income , fill open schedule gaps , or work flexibly while supporting the veteran community. We offer competitive per-exam compensation , fast payroll (twice monthly) , and high-level provider support every step of the way. Duties Conduct thorough, objective TBI C&P disability evaluations based on standardized protocols. Review the veteran's medical records prior to the exam. Document findings clearly and accurately in the Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) format. Provide evaluation only, no treatment. Maintain professionalism and punctuality to support timely veteran scheduling. Requirements Active, unrestricted Psychiatry license in the state(s) where provider lives. National board certification. Excellent assessment and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Position Details 1099 Independent Contractor Flexible scheduling — choose the days you want to work.
