Job Description

Position Highlights:
Team-based care model working alongside physicians, behavioral health providers, and clinical support staff Average 18-20 patients per day 2 dedicated clinical support staff assisting with workflow 4-day work week for better work-life balance 9 hours of direct patient care + 4 hours charting time (office or remote) No nights, no weekends Major holidays off Opportunity to supervise APRNs Shared on-call rotation (approximately 1 week every 5-6 weeks) Facility qualifies for National Health Service Corps (NHSC) /
HRSA Loan Repayment Programs Requirements:
Active or willing to obtain Georgia Medical License MD or DO from an accredited medical school Active BLS/CPR certification Bilingual Spanish/English preferred Satisfactory background check and drug test required
Compensation & Benefits:
