Practice Overview Join a physician-led anesthesia group with a collaborative, low-ego culture and strong collaboration across MDs and CRNAs Case mix: general bread and butter anesthesia: general surgery, ent, orthopedics, bariatrics, OB, GI, EP lab, and more Supervise and work alongside experienced CRNAs with mentorship opportunities Leadership pathway available, including medical director track for interested candidates Schedule 14 days on (beeper call) / 10 days off rotation with 17+ weeks off annually 100% home beeper call with no in-house overnight requirements Light call structure: emergency-only after hours with 30-minute callback radius Flexible, self-managed scheduling with easy shift swaps when needed Compensation & Benefits $525,000 base salary with additional moonlighting opportunities $20K-$30K sign-on/relocation bonus plus full benefits package 401(k) with 6% employer match and occurrence-based malpractice CME stipend, licensing support, and comprehensive health coverage Candidate Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology Comfortable with independent practice and CRNA supervision Team-oriented mindset with interest in mentorship Open to experienced physicians or upcoming graduates (2027 welcome) Community & Location Highlights Located in Northwest Georgia, ~45 minutes from Atlanta.
