Established practice with 9 physiciansOutpatient primary care settingCall schedule 1:9 with no ER call36 exam rooms with in-house lab and pharmacyProcedure capabilities including imaging and diagnostic testingLong-standing practice with strong community presencePatient-centered medical home model
System-supported EMRResponsibilities:
Provide outpatient primary care servicesManage acute and chronic conditionsPerform office-based procedures as applicableDeliver preventive care and wellness servicesCollaborate with care team to coordinate patient careParticipate in call coverage
Qualifications:
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family MedicineActive Georgia license or ability to obtain
