Care documentation Evidence-based practice Telehealth experience Clinical assessment documentation Medical License Disease state management Managing patient records Full Job Description We are seeking dedicated and skilled Neurologists licensed in any U.S. state to join our growing medical team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in Neurology and a passion for providing comprehensive, patient-centered neurological care. This role involves diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with a wide range of neurological disorders while collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, neurological examinations, and evaluations to diagnose neurological conditions and disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with conditions such as migraines, epilepsy, stroke, neuropathy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, dementia, and other neurological disorders. Interpret and analyze diagnostic studies including EEGs, EMGs, MRIs, CT scans, and other neurological testing. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including primary care physicians, neurosurgeons, psychiatrists, pain management specialists, and rehabilitation providers to ensure comprehensive patient care. Utilize EHR systems for accurate and timely documentation of patient records, treatment plans, and follow-up care. Provide patient education and counseling regarding neurological conditions, treatment options, medications, and lifestyle modifications. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research activities to advance neurological care and patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain strict confidentiality of patient information. Maintain current knowledge of advancements in neurology, treatment protocols, and evidence-based practices. Participate in telehealth consultations and virtual care services as applicable. Requirements Medical degree (MD or DO) with completion of an accredited Neurology residency program. Active medical license in any U.S. state. Board certification or board eligibility in Neurology preferred. Strong knowledge of neurological disorders, diagnostic procedures, and evidence-based treatment protocols. Experience with EHR systems and clinical documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams. Ability to manage complex neurological cases involving multiple comorbidities. Experience with telemedicine and remote patient care is a plus. Familiarity with clinical research methodologies and participation in clinical trials is beneficial. Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality neurological care.
