Job Description

Location:
Duluth, Georgia — outpatient clinic
Schedule:
3 weekdays/week (Monday-Friday), 8:00 AM-8:00 PM Every other weekend: Saturday or Sunday, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM No on-call duties Clinical responsibilities: Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults Perform routine exams (including Pap smears), manage acute and chronic conditions Evaluate and treat urgent care needs within the primary care setting Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness Collaborate with care team to support quality outcomes Review labs and complete EMR documentation within 72 hours Manage ~2.0-2.2 patients per hour (including walk-ins) Maintain professional, patient-centered interactions with patients and staff Compensation & benefits: Base salary $230,000-$280,000 plus 20-30% incentive 401(k) with generous employer match Comprehensive malpractice insurance with tail coverage Multiple health plan options Paid time off CME allowance and paid CME time
Requirements:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
