This regionally respected medical center is seeking dedicated GI Hospitalists to enhance their inpatient service. Opportunity Highlights Direct hire, full-time GI Hospitalist positions Engage in a general GI practice with coverage of all unassigned GI patients Highly competitive salary package, with room for negotiation based on experience Comprehensive benefits active from day one, including medical, vision, and dental 401k with matching contributions Malpractice coverage, CME reimbursement, and designated time off Relocation and license/DEA management services fully supported Practice Setting and Clinical Scope Join a dynamic inpatient program that provides consultative services from 7:30 am to 5 pm, supported by two dedicated inpatient Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) every day of the week. This role involves engaging in a diverse range of general GI cases, ensuring a varied and rewarding clinical experience. The practice is structured to offer substantial professional support, with night call responsibilities managed by the current team of physicians, allowing for a balanced and sustainable work schedule. Schedule and Assignment Details The position features a predictable and desirable 7-on/7-off schedule, covering 22 weeks per year. This structure not only facilitates continuity in patient care but also provides the personal flexibility and work-life balance that modern physicians seek. While the start date is flexible, there's an emphasis on timely onboarding to meet the immediate needs of the service.
