Allergy Technician

Solace Innova is a veteran owned national company that has established itself as the leading allergy service company in the country, because of our expansion, we are looking for experienced, responsible medical assistants for our open position in Macon, GA. •Previous Allergy experience preferred. The schedule for this position will be Mon- Friday (mid day), 12pm- 8pm, with a one hour lunch/dinner break).

Professional appearance/ Personal Hygiene Job Description is as follows: Providing front line hands on patient care for allergy and related conditions in non-allergist settings, discussing with providers and patients the merits of allergy testing and therapy. You will be expected to communicate with the corporate clinical team to advise them on trends and patient feedback from your practice.

Responsibilities:

Responsible to perform complete allergy testing in a physician office, group practice or freestanding clinic. This is to be performed with the highest standard of professionalism encompassing all of the company core principles. Under corporate leadership you will be monitored on productivity related to patient care. Responsible for the security of inventory levels. Ensure that the inventory is ordered and received as required by policy. Responsible for the overall effectiveness of the immunotherapy process to include the administration of quality allergy testing, and the administration and monitoring of the allergy treatment medication process. Responsible for educating patients on all allergy testing and treatment processes and protocols. Responsible for communicating with corporate in house billing organization and in delivering the appropriate patient insurance relation information. Develops and maintains effective, professional relationships with providers, medical office staff, account manager, and corporate office team.

Certifications:

•If not current, must obtain within 30 days of hire. CPR/First Aid Bloodborne Pathogen HIPAA Medical License/Certification (LPN, MA)

Requirements:

•Previous Allergy experience preferred but not required. Medical Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of equivalent work experience.
