Local Team Collaboration:

Join our close-knit team of 2 physicians and 4 APPs at Piedmont Macon Northside. Work alongside one APP hospitalist during the day, rounding on an average of 18 patients/day.

Qualifications:

Board eligible or board certified FM or IM as per ABMS. Comfortable running codes and rapid with open ICU with a tele-intensivist. Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

12-hour day shifts with a day rounding APP.

Key Responsibilities:

See a wide variety of diseases while still having specialists available in a small community-based hospital. Work in coordination with a tele-intensivist running codes and rapid but not responsible for doing procedures. Utilize EPIC with Dragon for efficient dictation and access to our internal informatics platform for streamlined workflow and communication.
