Job Description

Location:

Healthcare Organization:
A 155-bed, community-based teaching hospital and multi-specialty regional health system. As a private, not-for-profit organization, the regional health system is nationally recognized for quality, patient satisfaction, and physician engagement. The system features a state-of-the-art Medical Education Center, simulation labs, and a thriving physician group with medical student and resident involvement.
Opportunity:
Full Time Urologist Call:
Call required 7 days/month; extra pay for extra call; shared among other urologists
Schedule:
Monday Friday 8am-5pm; time split equally between clinic and OR Opportunity to precept medical students and residents Facility details: Urology Clinic is located within walking distance of the hospital campus; 24/7 access to physicians lounge with meals provided; a 24-hour all-access employee fitness center; and a state-of-the-art Medical Education Center with simulation rooms and more!

Kidney stones
  • ESWL, HOLMIUM,THULIUM LASERS
    Erectile disfunction
  • IMPLANTS, MEDS
    Enlarged prostate
  • FUROLIT, REZUM, AQUBLATION, TURP, HOLEP
    Urinary tract infections (UTI) Urological cancers
  • MRI FUSION, BIOPSIES
    Vasectomies Male slings Cystoscopes
URODYNAMICS/ULTRASOUND
Requirements:
Completion or upcoming completion of urology residency
Required Certifications/Licensures:
Board-certified physician or board certification eligible (if eligible, must obtain board certification within 5 years); Georgia Medical License or participation in
Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Compensation :
Salary:
Guaranteed salary is competitive and commensurate with experience; plus, an annual 3% cost-of-living adjustment.
