Position Highlights:

Perform admissions, transfers, daily rounding, and coordination of discharges for medical/surgical patients with oncologic complications in a compassionate, patient-focused environment. 7 on 7 off schedule Respond to codes and rapid responses Collaborate closely with pharmacists, medical/surgical specialty teams, and other ancillary staff as necessary to develop and manage a comprehensive plan for patients admitted to the hospital 50 total beds-Avg. census 13-18.

Qualifications Education:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)

Board Certification:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Must have or be eligible to obtain Georgia Medical License prior to starting date Experience and interest in the care of inpatient oncology patients
