Negotiable Job Description Job Summary and Responsibilities CommonSpirit Memorial Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join our newly established orthopedic practice in the TN / GA market. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, contributing to a collegial work environment, and upholding the mission and values of CommonSpirit Memorial. Opportunity:
Deliver comprehensive orthopedic care: Diagnose, treat, and manage musculoskeletal conditions for diverse patient needs.
Perform advanced surgical procedures:
Expertise in a wide range of orthopedic surgeries, including general orthopedics, joint replacement, sports injuries, hand and other specialized orthopedic cases Ensure patient-centered care: Provide empathetic communication, clear treatment explanations, and prioritize patient safety and satisfaction.
Collaborate effectively:
Work seamlessly with multi-disciplinary teams, referring physicians, and rehabilitation specialists to ensure integrated care.
Maintain clinical excellence:
Adhere to best practices, participate in call rotation, and uphold accurate medical documentation.
Commit to professional growth:
Engage in ongoing medical education, quality initiatives, and professional development.
Job Requirements Education:
MD / DO from an accredited institution
Board Certification:
Board Certified or Board-Eligible in
Orthopedic Surgery Licensure:
Ability to obtain an unrestricted TN / GA medical license
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of post-residency experience preferred, but exceptional new graduates will be considered
