Base with uncapped monthly bonus. $30K retention bonus! Relocation assistance available if applicable. Malpractice Coverage. 4 wks PTO; 1 wk CME w/$3,000 stipend; 6 paid Holidays on top of PTO. PCPs are expected to treat a wide range of medical conditions, develop long-term, personal relationships with their patients, produce individualized healthcare programs based on patient historical data, and offer continuous support and health management advice. Required Education, Experience & Skills Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.). Board certification by ABMS (ABFM/ABIM) in Family Practice or Internal Medicine required. Current, valid, and unrestricted Georgia Medical License required. Valid DEA required. Completion of a family practice/internal medicine residency. Possess a working understanding and support of a managed care environment.
