$370000.00 - $410000.00 ENT Hospitalist (Inpatient-Focused) - Faculty Opportunity A leading academic health system is seeking a highly motivated ENT Hospitalist to join its expanding Otolaryngology service line. Thrive in a collaborative, academic environment and pursue your passion about delivering exceptional patient care while contributing to program growth. This faculty opportunity is ideal for physicians who enjoy high-acuity care, procedural work, and multidisciplinary collaboration working in an inpatient setting.
Position Highlights Inpatient-focused role:
consults, rounding, procedures, and care coordination Monday - Friday clinical work schedule High-acuity cases with frequent bedside procedures (e.g., scopes) Opportunity to perform inpatient surgical cases as needed Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and APP support Participate in teaching residents (rotations throughout the year) Opportunity to help grow consult volume and expand hospital-based ENT services Visa sponsorship available Compensation & Incentives Base salary guarantee with productivity (wRVU) Bonus potential: 10% incentive Additional incentives: loan forgiveness, stipend, relocation, sign on bonus, retirement plans, full benefits package
