• Required BLS, ACLS, PALS, APLS, NALS or ATLS

• Required (Note at time of name clear) MUST be available for majority or ALL of open dates to avoid being redirected
• List availability at time of name clear Thrombectomy experience
• Required
• Must list total years of exp at time of name clear
