Full Job Description Holistic Wellness & Psychiatry is growing, and we are looking for a compassionate, grounded, and growth-oriented licensed therapist to join our integrative mental health team in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. We are not a high-volume therapy mill. Our vision is to build a collaborative and sustainable practice environment focused on meaningful clinical work, strong patient relationships, and innovative approaches to healing. Our clinic integrates psychiatry, functional medicine, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), trauma-informed care, and holistic wellness services. We are especially interested in clinicians who value depth-oriented work, relationship-building, and long-term healing outcomes.
