OWN OFFICE REQUIRED

As part of our ongoing commitment to serving those who have served our country, TDB is seeking Primary Care providers like you who are interested in assisting veterans with their Disability Benefit Evaluations. By partnering with us, you can provide these vital evaluations directly in your office on a schedule that works best for you. Specialties accepted : Family Medicine, Primary Care, Emergency Medicine Here's how it works: You will conduct disability benefit evaluations for veterans, assisting them in navigating the VA claims process. You can set your own schedule, allowing for flexibility with your existing commitments. Fees for services are paid directly to you, offering a straightforward and rewarding collaboration.
Provider Requirements:
You are required to provide an office within 50 miles of Fort Dodge, IA. The VA will not ask Veterans to travel more than that distance for these services. Providers must have an available office or permission to utilize a colleague's office. Providers must have an active state medical license in good standing and free of significant sanctions or malpractice claims. Must be comfortable performing Pelvic Exams if requested
