Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm No call required and no nights or weekends Number of Physicians in
Facility/Department:
1 Oncologist who will be on Leave 1 Advanced Practice Provider Approximately 20 patients per day
Support Staff:
Receptionists, Nurses Certifications:
BC, IA license, DEA, Iowa Controlled Substancs NPI, BLS
