About the Facility Location Iowa offers a range of attractions for visiting clinicians, including the Field of Dreams Movie Site and the National Mississippi River Museum and Aquarium. The state provides opportunities to explore nature, wildlife, and historic sites throughout its diverse regions. Visitors may also enjoy community events held throughout the year, such as cultural festivals, farmer's markets, fairs, and concerts. About the Clinician's Workday The hematologist/oncologist will provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care during clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, managing 10-30 patients per day. The position follows a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off schedule with call responsibilities included during assigned weeks. Clinical duties include conducting patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and managing hematologic and oncologic conditions in an outpatient and clinic setting. Board certification in Medical Oncology is required for this assignment.
