Required Skills:
Minimum of 1 year of post-residency anesthesiology experience Valid medical license in Idaho or eligible for
IMLC DEA
certification Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques Ability to independently perform procedures or work effectively within a care team Comfortable with OB anesthesia support, including starting sections Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience with trauma anesthesia in Level II trauma centers Prior work in community hospital settings Flexibility to cover shifts at both Boise and Nampa locations Familiarity with supervising or collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
Preferred Education and Experience:
Completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency program At least one year of post-residency anesthesiology practice in a hospital setting
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work a varied schedule including weekdays, nights, and weekends Ability to support coverage at Boise and Nampa facilities, with a minimum availability of two full weeks per month, ideally full-time commitment Valid DEA license and active CSR required Ability to travel between locations as needed Embrace this chance to become a vital part of a community-oriented healthcare team, offering advanced anesthesia care in a supportive environment.
