• 24-hour in-house shifts

Required Dates:

Orientation Shift:

• 7:00 PM) July 11 (7:00 AM
• 7:00 AM) July 12 (7:00 AM
• 7:00 AM)
• Ongoing PRN coverage available with sporadic openings

Travel & Reimbursement:

• Flights reimbursed up to $750 per round trip (including taxes and fees)
• Lodging reimbursed up to $179 per night (including taxes and fees)
• Rental car reimbursed up to $50 per day (including taxes and fees)
• SUV upgrades require preapproval and are typically approved only for inclement weather
• Mileage reimbursed at current IRS Standard Rate when using a personal vehicle Credentialing Documents Needed at

• MD Diploma

Case Logs Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified Required
• Active State License or Active

IMLC LOQ

• Proof of COVID Vaccine required at time of presentation
• Must be available to cover July 10, 11, and 12
• NPDB must be uploaded at time of presentation and must be pulled within the last 30 days
