PM&R residency, fellowship a plus

Certification:

Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

Skills:

Spine and MSK procedures What you will do: Work with musculoskeletal, sports and spine patients Perform spinal interventional procedures Serve patients from Endeavor Service Area (Chicago Metropolitan Market) Physician will have at least 35 hours per week of direct patient contact Anticipate a volume of 20 outpatients per day once practice has been established Physician will be expected to work extended hours Flexibility to determine own extended hours (early morning, evenings or weekends)
