Job Description

  • Family Medicine Opening in IL
  • Located in Macomb, Illinois
  • About the Position
  • A Family Medicine Physician is sought to join a well-established outpatient clinic within a respected community hospital. This role offers a balanced schedule, strong support staff, and the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term patient relationships.
  • Outpatient-only practice, Monday-Friday
  • 36 patient contact hours + ½ day administrative time
  • Flexible schedule options (7:30a-4:30p or 8:00a-5:00p)
  • Average 16-18 patients per day
  • Team of 2 physicians and 4 nurse practitioners
  • Fully staffed clinic with care management team and onsite pharmacy
  • Opportunity to perform minor in-office procedures
  • Call
  • 1:7 shared call rotation
  • Approximately 4-5 days per month
  • Nurse triage system in place
  • Practice Setting
  • 48-bed independent community hospital
  • Strong referral base with expanding primary care network
  • Physician-driven, collaborative culture
  • Fully integrated Cerner EMR system
  • Modern facilities with ongoing growth and investment
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary: $250,000
  • $350,000
  • $50K sign-on bonus
  • Up to $150K student loan repayment
