Job Description

Reporting to Physician Executive or designee, Gastroenterologist provides comprehensive physician services to assess, diagnose, plan and treat a wide range of patients with health issues/illness or injury within Endeavor Health facilities. Collaborates with inter-disciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive clinical coordination of patient care resulting in integrated health care that is timely, high quality, customer focused and utilizes resources effectively to optimize patient outcomes. There are two open positions, one at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL and a second position sharing time in the Naperville and Elmhurst, IL markets. Position(s)

1.0 FTE, 36 Patient-facing hours
Schedule:
Monday to Friday along with weekday and weekend call rotation.
Setting:
Mix of Clinic, Hospital (inpatient), and Endoscopy Lab Robust PCP & Specialty Care Network 24/7 Hospitalist & Intensivist programs with shared EMR

As a valued member of an integrated team, your placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance.
