Schedule:

Monday•Friday 8 AM•5 PM, call one week per month

Practice Setting:

Clinic

Types of Cases:

50/50 mix pediatrics and adult; 20% Medicaid, 40% Medicare; Tubes, Fine needle aspiration (FNA biopsies), lesion removals, etcetera

Credentialing Timeline:
