Job Description

Credentials:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Location:
Northbrook, IL. Physician-led behavioral health program seeking a psychiatrist for an adolescent PHP/IOP program. Flexible structure allows for part-time or full-time involvement depending on availability and program census. Responsibilities include psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and participation in a multidisciplinary care team. Physicians contribute to admissions and ongoing clinical oversight. The program supports a caseload of 15 to 30 patients, with some adult overflow as needed. Compensation is aligned with schedule and census. Full-time range provided, with part-time structured based on days worked.
Compensation:
$200,000 to $320,000 (prorated for part-time).
Schedule:
3 to 5 days per week.
Setting:
PHP/IOP, adolescent with some adult exposure.
Benefits:
Available for full-time employees.
