JOB SPECIFICS

Join a well-known and growing practice with an established patient panel Team consists of 10 physicians and 6 APP's - including 2 Pediatricians and 1 Internal Medicine Physician Embedded services such as Anticoagulation Clinic, Complex Care, Diabetic Educator, Nurse Visit Clinic, and Behavioral Health Services to assist in management of patients for best patient care outcomes Large clinic space - with 2-3 dedicated exam rooms per provider Outpatient only position Minimal call. OSF After-Hours Call Center will take first call. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state. Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable. Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies). Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges. Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs. Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
