Annashae is seeking Primary Care provider for a mental health facility near Sparta, IL. This is a full-time position & hours are Monday-Friday 8a-430p with no weekends, no call & no Holidays. We provide malpractice insurance & can credential quickly. Additional Duties include, but are not limited to: Provide treatment to a caseload of patients on the pavilion Evaluate assigned cases at intake Sign certificate of admission and testify in court Order and interpret lab tests Conduct initial physical exams(H&P) and makes diagnoses of patients Develop and implements treat plan Follow up exams and documents changes in progress notes Prescribe and direct administration of medicines Monitor effectiveness of medication
