Job Description

An independent health system in eastern, IL is seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join with immediate demand. Located near St. Louis, Indianapolis, and Chicago, this opportunity offers the stability of an independent system, strong earning potential, and a high quality of life. Enjoy a $745,000 guaranteed base, plus bonuses, incentives, and uncapped RVU production, creating elite long-term income potential from day one. Hospital Employee . WRVU production incentives. Signing Bonus available, contact us for details. Relocation Bonus available up to $20,000. CME time and money available. 403B. $745,000 base salary. $75,000 sign on bonus. CERNER is EMR. $60,000 retention bonus. 403b with 50% match, amazing additional plan that is all hospital money (5% of base for years 1-5, increases to 10% when vesting after year 5). Centrally located with easy access to Champaign-Urbana, St. Louis, Indianapolis, and Chicago.
Required:
Completed U.S Orthopedic Residency.
