Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician (ABEM required) for ongoing PRN shift coverage at a full-service Emergency Department in Avon, IN. This facility provides 24/7 care for acute illnesses and injuries. Critical cases are stabilized onsite and transferred as appropriate. This is an ongoing opportunity with flexible PRN scheduling.                 • 10:00p 7:00a Additional weekday coverage opportunities may be available. Minimum Requirements (No Exceptions)
                • MD or DO
                • ABEM Certified (Emergency Medicine Residency trained)
                • Active Indiana license or IMLC eligible
                • Current DEA
                • Must meet all federal, state, and hospital credentialing standards Clinical Responsibilities
                • Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and injuries
                • Perform rapid assessment and stabilization
                • Manage admissions, consults, and transfers
                • Collaborate with nursing and specialty teams
